barefoot running
officially a barefoot runner now. It congrues with my minimalist, sustainability lifestyle. It connects me with the earth. It takes corporate profit bullshit out of the equation. Running is the most simple demonstration of the essense of being alive. Why pay money for shoes? Its like wearing a condom, but its not safer. Shoes CAUSE injuries.
